What are we missing? What has not been said? Who is missing? What do we not yet realize that needs our attention?

Matriarchal processes encourage questioning the status quo, looking for spaces to open up, and finding ways to expand. There are no limits.

As we develop communities based on matriarchy, a central feature should be to reflect on what is missing, unspoken, and waiting to be seen.
